THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual with an attention to detail and excellent communication skills that will work on data transfer and aggregation using our own in-house tools. There is further scope to become involved in system implementation and process design. We require someone with an analytical, logical mind who can work directly with our directors, clients and development function.
Responsibilities Include:
• Data aggregation; translating data files into a standard format for ingestion into our database/iRecs application
• Becoming an expert in our software and providing excellent customer service to internal and sometimes external clients
• Working closely with the directors and support team on new client implementations
• Developing the support Knowledge Base
• Identifying recurring queries and providing analytics back to development and the business
• Testing of new product versions

There is a real opportunity to take this role and build a process around it with the use of automated reports, database logging and feedback into the development loop. Additional responsibilities may include:

• Analytics development to monitor client sites
• Active role in development meetings, feeding back issues to the development team
• Report/dashboard building

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 3+ years’ experience in a technical or data aggregation role
• Excellent communication skills and an attention to detail
• Proven track record of an ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
• Pro-active, professional and enthusiastic attitude to work
• Contribute to and drive forward strategic improvements and changes
• An analytical mind-set and the ability to identify and investigate trends and suggest resolutions
• Results focused, high attention to detail and ability to manage simultaneous projects
• Bachelor’s degree, degree equivalent or relevant professional experience
• Ability to work independently

DESIRABLE SKILLS
• An understanding of Asset Management/Investment management
• Understanding of SQL queries
